The following Privacy Policy explains what information Birv Teknologi Sejahtera as founder Birvee (“We”) requests from you as application user Birvee, as well as how we store, use, process, control, transfer, disclose and protect that information (“Your Information”). This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Birvee application without exception. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to ensure that you truly understand how our data is processed. Unless otherwise defined, all capitalized terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as stated in the Terms of Use.
When using our Services, we require you to provide us with certain information. The information we collect compulsorily and/or withhold from you is as follows:
Email address data is used by you as an account authentication identity, including logging into user accounts, and permissions to change sensitive data after you log in.

Profile photo data is used by you to personalize your application.

Access permissions you can grant when using the app:

The confidentiality of your data and information is of the utmost importance to us. We will apply the best efforts and steps to protect and secure your data and information. However, we cannot fully guarantee that our system will not be penetrated at all due to viruses, malware, interference or extraordinary events including unauthorized access by third parties. You may not reveal your account password to anyone and must always maintain the security of the device you use. Any form of misuse will be dealt with strictly according to the Terms of Use.
